Advertisers affirm that the information provided in their ads is accurate and complies with applicable laws. They accept full responsibility for the content and indemnify PostYourAd, including any publication or website involved, against legal actions arising from the ad. PostYourAd is not liable for any loss due to errors or omissions in the ads. Any cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing at least seven days in advance, subject to the cancellation policy.
All ads are accepted in good faith, and PostYourAd takes no responsibility for the authenticity of the advertisers. No correspondence will be entertained regarding any published advertisement’s authenticity.

PostYourAd may reschedule, modify, or decline advertisements, even if payment has been made, and retains the right to do so in conjunction with the publication's policies.
PostYourAd is not involved in any direct transactions between parties using its platform. It does not screen or censor listings, nor is it responsible for user-generated content or any interactions between users.
PostYourAd’s services must be used lawfully. Any distribution, storage, or transmission of materials that violate local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited. Users may only use the information provided on PostYourAd for transactions facilitated through the platform.
